The YMCA, proudly supporting Regina and Moos Jaw as one of the longest-serving local charities envisions a community connected and empowered to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.

The need for community and connection has never been greater than it is today. To deepen our commitment to the communities we serve, our programs are intentional and impactful, having a significant focus on mental health for people of all ages.

We continue to invest in our communities, ensuring access to our centres of community regardless of individual circumstances and financial ability.

A small sample of these programs include:

Y Mind – supports youth and teens, who are experiencing symptoms of mild-to-moderate anxiety or similar feelings.
Assisted Membership – low or no-cost memberships for disadvantages youth and their families to create connection and belonging.
Mentorship Programming – individual and group youth mentorship supports to build leadership skills and personal development.
HOMEBASE Moose Jaw – The YMCA in Moose Jaw was chosen as one of four locations in Saskatchewan to serve local and surrounding area youth through Integrated Youth Services Saskatchewan (IYS) in leading a community Hub that provides one-stop access to YMCA and community partner programming.

The Garage Band is a group of local leaders who support community charities by raising awareness and resources for critical community needs. Music for the Mind will support youth in Regina and Moose Jaw by inspiring their wellness and potential.
