Meet with a Job Coach!

Future Shift offers education support and a three-step employment program designed to meet youth where they are and guide them toward meaningful and lasting success.

1. Workplace training focusing on customer service, job readiness, resume development and more.

2. Skills, Certificates and Opportunities practice interview skills, explore volunteer opportunities and complete job specific certificates.

3. Personalized support in searching and applying for jobs that fit their needs. After employment begins Future Shift continues to provide mentorship and guidance, ensuring youth feel supported as they navigate workplace dynamics.

All participants MUST follow HOMEBASE Rules.
