Y Mind Teen
This program supports teens ages 13 to 18, who are experiencing symptoms of mild-to-moderate anxiety or similar feelings (no diagnosis required). Throughout this program, participants will learn and practice evidence-based strategies to cope with stress and anxiety led by trained mental health professionals.
Providing teens the opportunity to connect with other like-minded individuals, will foster an environment of open discussion and real-life practices once a week throughout the free seven-week program.

(no group February 18)
6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Interested participants will complete an intake interview with a Mental Wellness Facilitator to ensure this program is the right fit.

Y Mind Youth
This program supports people ages 18 to 30 who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety or similar feelings (no diagnosis required). Throughout this program, participants will learn and practice evidence-based strategies to cope with stress and anxiety led by trained mental health professionals.
By providing young adults the opportunity to connect with other like-minded individuals, it will foster an environment of open discussion and real-life practices once a week throughout the free seven-week program.
