Are you new to weights & wanting to hone your technique? This trainer-led class is a workshop to help you become comfortable with compound movements, overcome plateaus, and reduce the risk of injury.
Kettlebell Circuit

This class focuses on general strength and conditioning with kettlebells. Perfect for anyone looking for an efficient way to improve strength, posture, aerobic capacity, mobility and overall physical function.
Core & More
Wednesdays | 12:15 PM – 12:45 PM
A muscular strength workout that focuses on the core while hitting all muscle groups. This class will cover balance, stability, side and rotational strength, including abdominal and back strength.
Functional Strength
Thursdays | 12:15 PM – 12:45 PM
This class focuses on strength with an emphasis on form/detail of movement. Slower-moving, but challenging class that breaks down every portion of movement.
