We’re Opening our Doors FREE to Teens This Summer!
According to the 2018 ParticipACTION Report Card on Physical Activity for Children and Youth, only 35% of 5- to 17- year-olds are reaching their recommended physical activity levels. Canada’s children were given a letter grade of a “D-plus” in physical activity. The Report Card also indicates that physical activity in childhood is essential for a healthy brain.
