This class will provide a nurturing environment for expectant mothers. Through yoga postures, guided relaxation and breath awareness you will help prepare the body and mind for the birth, and at the same time relieve discomfort and stress associated with pregnancy. These classes will leave you feeling strong, relaxed and more connected to yourself and your baby. No Yoga experience is required for this drop in class which is at our Northwest location.
