On April 29, YMCA Healthy Kids Day gives families the opportunity to drop by their local YMCA for free.
- On Healthy Kids Day, participating YMCAs open their doors to local families to help them discover how simple and fun healthy living can be with the YMCA as their partner.
- With free access, parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles are encouraged to bring their children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews to try their local Y and participate in activities while learning the joys of living a healthy lifestyle, together, as a family.
- The YMCA offers a family-focused community where everyone belongs and where there is a program or activity for every member of the family, regardless of age or ability.
